Option 1:
Go to iTunes or dowload and install the latest version from Apple
(Other MP3 players may or may not have podcast subscription capability.)

Click on the podcast folder on the left side.
Click on the "Advanced" menu in the menu bar
Select "Subscribe to podcast"
Paste in this link: http://www.screamandkill.com/stella/feed.rss
(You will need to enter your ScreamAndKill.com Login and Password)
iTunes will then load in the lastest MP3 file.
Double-click on the new podcast listing in iTunes to listen.

NOTE: Every month you will automatically receive the latest podcast.

Option 2:
Login to the website and listen using the embedded player.

Option 3:
Login to the website, right-click on the link to the mp3 file and copy to your hard drive.
